I like to describe our photography style as authentic & organic with a documentary & editorial twist. We are constantly watching for those candid, raw, & real moments of genuine emotion, love, & pure bliss.

No worries! We love working with people and posing them so they that are comfortable and look natural. We think it’s the moments in-between poses and expressions that are the best. If you feel like you’d be more comfortable having a friend/family member along for the shoot, feel free to invite one other person!

Absolutely! Any opportunity to travel & create something beautiful is definitely on our YES list!

We recommend shooting your function about 6-8 months before the wedding. Of course, it depends greatly on how you plan to use the outdoor photos. If you wish to include them in save-the-date cards, you might want to shoot the session a little earlier.

The location depends on you as a couple. Do you prefer an outdoor/nature setting, or a downtown/urban feel ? …or get more personal and have your photos taken in your home. There are a number of wonderful locations that work wonderfully to speak to who you are as a couple.

This also is mostly up to you, but usually a couple of hours before the ceremony or immediately following the ceremony. Shooting before the ceremony allows you to check one more thing off the day’s to-do list early on and, more importantly, to afford you and the wedding party a chance to enjoy the hour and mingle with your guests. Shooting after the ceremony, depending on the time, could allow you to take advantage of the setting sun and its softer light.
 

It depends on the type of wedding/event you are having! If you are planning a formal, black-tie wedding, we’ll be dressed in mostly black shirt. We always try to dress professionally and appropriately for the location and event we are shooting.
